REGISTRATION

PAYMENT

Payment should be made within 14 days, and prior to the start of the conference, whichever occurs first. If you are a virtual attendee your invoice must be paid before you receive information on how to access the virtual event.

TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION

You may transfer your registration to another person without penalty if you are unable to attend up to 48 hours before the event. Any transfer must be notified to the Conference Manager, tracy@on-cue.co.nz, for administration purposes.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

If you wish to cancel your registration for the 2024 GLN Conference, you must contact the Conference Manager, tracy@on-cue.co.nz. The following cancellation conditions apply:

• Cancellation before 1 March 2024 will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the total registration amount.

• Cancellation on or after 1 March 2024 and before 8 March 2024 will incur a cancellation fee of 60% of the total registration amount.

• On or after 8 March cancellation may not be possible and will be at the discretion of the organising committee.

• There will be no refunds for any booked delegate who does not attend on the day.

 

PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY EVENTS

Should the New Zealand government alter requirements to safely host an event, the guidelines for this event will be subject to change. Anyone attending the in-person event must abide by any changes in the requirements as noted by the New Zealand government to safely host an event.

 

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are acknowledging that a risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By attending the conference you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold conference organisers; or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors or volunteers, liable for any illness or injury.

CANCELLATION OF CONFERENCE

In the event the conference is cancelled due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of terrorism, war, acts of God, pandemics, and natural disaster, the conference organisers cannot be held responsible for any cost, damage or expense which may be incurred by registrants as a consequence of the event being cancelled.

It may be necessary for the conference to alter the times, dates, itineraries or presenting speakers at any time. The conference organisers reserve the right to change information as needed. In the event of conference cancellation, the maximum liability of the conference is limited to a refund of the conference registration fee, less any costs already incurred, with no additional liability for travel costs, hotel costs, or any other costs or expenses whatsoever.

 

INSURANCE

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Delegates are encouraged to take out personal travel and medical insurance which includes loss or damage of personal possessions, including loss of registration and accommodation fees through cancellation.

The personal information you provide in the conference registration form will only be used by onCue conferences for the following purposes:

• Process your registration form

• Share any dietary requirements with the conference caterers

• Provide you with information relating to the GLN 2024 Conference

• Share your information with GLN

• Contact you in the event of cancellation
