Daniel Perkins is Senior Crown Counsel in Crown Law’s Constitutional & Human Rights Team. He has wide public sector experience, including secondments to the State Services Commission, the All-of-Government Covid-19 Response, and the Office of the Chief Justice, where he directed Te Kura Kaiwhakawā | Institute of Judicial Studies. Prior to emigrating to Aotearoa he practised in the Victorian Government Solicitor’s Office. He maintains a healthy interest in legal developments and ethical public administration on both sides of the Tasman.
