Pania Gray has a decades-long record of service to Aotearoa, generating value for the wider public good through governance, community service, public service and business endeavours. She is a former senior public servant and worked for the Office of the Auditor-General between 2003 and 2010.

As a Wellington resident with whakapapa to the Far North, Pania brings both of those perspectives to her facilitation and governance work. In addition to her facilitation work for the NZ Institute of Directors and Iti Kōpara Trust, Pania holds a number of state sector governance roles. She is currently the Deputy Chair of the New Zealand Qualifications Authority, a Board member for the New Zealand Film Commission and a Council member of Te Herenga Waka Victoria University of Wellington.
