Peter Gunn is a Crown Counsel and team leader in Crown Law’s Constitutional and Human Rights team. He has been a team leader in Crown Law for many years, having previously managed in-house legal teams at the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Health. He has a particular interest in charities law and constitutional and electoral issues and frequently appears in court representing public sector clients on these and other matters.
